Where were you born?

Fort Worth, Texas

When and why did you become part of this industry?

I fell into hairstyling after completing my undergraduate in 2001. Jobs were scarce after 9/11, and hairstyling enabled me to blend my love of fashion, art, and education into a successful career.

What is your favourite hair to colour/cut?

I really enjoy playing around with all the different hair textures and styles. Each one brings with it its own unique challenges thus enabling me to give my clients a bespoke style that works in perfect synergy with their texture, features, and lifestyle.

Tell us what inspires you (it could be travel, film, books, long walks on the beach etc.)

I find inspiration in everything - from old Hollywood films to fashion, interior design, art, and travel. There is so much that sparks my creativity. Oftentimes my inspiration comes from an idea or mood such as the feeling one gets staring off into the ocean as a warm summer breeze kisses your skin as you watch the sun melt into the pink and purple horizon. That sense of airiness, serenity, and movement inspires me to create styles that portray this story.

Fantasy dinner date?

Give me a dinner date with any Bravo-lebrity! Let me pull up a chair next to a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills or Miami, or a Below Deck head stew and let's dish!

Ad lib time: When a potential client is reading this bio of yours, what do you want them to know? Be free and write as much as you want - dont worry about punctuation or vocab - just let it flow baby.

I take my work very seriously but not myself. My top priority is always my client's happiness be that provided by my serves or by just being present and in the moment with them. Life can be chaotic, but the time spent in the salon is a time of pure tranquility.
